Our office maintains a 24/7 contact with our patients via cell phone, office answering machine, and beeper. We also maintain remote mobile access to our electronic records via the internet or by removable backup after business hours for patient safety, accuracy, and recall of archived casework and images. If we do not respond “immediately” to your call or page, please give us a few minutes to connect in to all the computer remotes or backups so that when we call you back, your patient chart, radiographs, and images are ready to view.
It has always been our goal to equip and respond to emergency calls within 15 minutes anytime-anywhere.
